Happy New Year, New Pictures and Pre-Orders Are Now Open!

Happy New Year, Devotees!
As promised in our last communication, we are back after the turn to 2016 with a brief update on production and an exciting announcement!
First and foremost, everything is now in China. What we mean is, the prototypes that were not completed prior to the launch of the Kickstarter campaign were finished early last month, and are now in the Far East with their Iconic brethren. The factory is doing their thing, and the technical side of production has commenced — that is good news! However, there is not really much to speak of past that at the moment. We do not have anything new to show in terms of production status as we are not that far along yet.
We DID take pictures of these new prototype prior to sending them off to the factory, so here is a look at the final paint masters for the Smokey Ninja, Solitaire, and the Temple Guardian:
Please sit tight and be patient with us, we PROMISE we will start showing things as soon as there is something to show, but for now, this will be it for awhile. This is what can be called, in very non-eloquent terms, “pre-pre-production.” Essentially, a lot of careful planning is taking place, but nothing in the order of production samples is being produced yet. The factory is making important preparations, but it might still be a while until we have something physically new to show you.
However, we will keep you up to date on our production cycle and timing as soon as we have a better estimate. Please remember the that Lunar New Year holidays will be beginning soon, so most production movement will stop for a few weeks.
For now, we DO have some good news, though! Are you ready?
Articulated Icons: The Feudal Series is now available for PRE-ORDER! What that means is if you missed out on our Kickstarter campaign, or if you have decided you want to bolster your ranks even more, now you can!
All of our figures (save for the KS-exclusive Smokey Grey Ninja), can now be ordered through our store page, located HERE.
If you are a backer or have been monitoring the Kickstarter campaign, you will notice that while this pre-order will be a part of our FIRST production run, these will be shipping AFTER all Kickstarter orders are fulfilled and shipped. Please note that this is NOT subject to change, so there will likely be a difference of a few of weeks between the end of the KS shipping and the start of the pre-order shipping. We will, of course, have better information about that as we get closer to fulfillment.
So, if you missed out on the Kickstarter, now is the time to order the Feudal Series! We will keep pre-orders open for as long as we can into the production cycle, but we advise that you do not delay in placing an order — we will not have a lot of lead time to announce when pre-orders will end, so it might be abrupt to stay with the production timeline. Don’t miss out again!
Here are a few specific details about the pre-order structure and process:
- All pre-orders will be charged within 24 hours of the order being placed
- The base shipping fee for US is $10, everywhere else is $30. Individual figures shipping prices are listed with the figure and are added to the base shipping fee
- Pre-orders will be closed for each figure as they are sold out for our initial run (we will be holding some stock for conventions, etc.)
- If you are an existing Kickstarter backer and want to buy more, you can do so but it will be at the new pricing structure

Backer Kits Are Closing Today!

Greetings!
This is the final reminder that all Backer Kits will be closing at 11:59:95pm PST today, Wednesday, November 25th, 2015. If you have not completed your survey yet, now is the time.
After today, orders will not be able to be modified so please, take the time to complete your order. You will still be able to make demographic changes (like shipping address updates, etc.) but orders need to be completed today so we can start to coordinated full production with our factory vendor in China.
Our Fwoosh-exclusive blue Shinobi pre-orders will remain open for now, but if you are adding him via your Backer Kit, make sure you do so by the end of today.
Thanks again to all of our Backers, we could not have done this without you! Production of the figures is about to commence, so we could not be more excited!

Backer Kits Ending This Wednesday - Plus Smokey Ninja, Solitaire, and Temple Guardian!

Greetings, all!
First, we would like to thank all of our loyal Backers who have already completed their Backer Kits for their pledges, we really appreciate it! We will be sending out reminders via Backer Kit later today to gather anyone who has not completed the form.
Here are a few things of note to remember:
1. The Backer Kits will close on Wednesday, November 25th, 2015 at 11:59pm PST.
2. All additional items added via the Backer Kit will be charged by the end of the day on Thursday, 11/26/2015 - so please be ready and have all of your additional items locked in by that time.
3. If you need to change your email information in order ensure you receive your Kit, NOW IS THE TIME. Please look for an email from "The Fwoosh" as that will contain your link to the Backer Kit. If you feel you have lost your Backer Kit email, please go HERE to recover it.
4. If you do NOT complete your Backer Kit by the end of the day on 11/25/15, your order will be completed exactly according to your pledge level that was made during the Kickstarter campaign. Essentially, that means you will get everything as noted on the formal pledge level in the Kickstarter, but you will not be able change or add any additional items to your pledge. So please, remember to complete your Backer Kit!

Keeping with the theme of this week, we are very thankful that all of our prototypes are now complete and as always, Gentle Giant Studios did a fantastic job on these. Next stop, the factory in China!
We hope you enjoyed this little update, and please remember to complete your Backer Kit. We will try to send out one last update as a reminder, but they do close on 11/25/2015, so please plan accordingly.
Other than that, this will be the last significant update about the Kickstarter campaign for a few weeks, so please do not take the lack of updates as anything more than focus switching to production in China. That does not mean will not have things to share, but we don't want to spoil all of the surprises just yet. Keep on the lookout!

Backer Kits Have Been Distributed

Greetings!
We are happy to announce that all of the Backer Kits have been sent to Articulated Icons Kickstarted backers with a minimum pledge amount of $35.00. Please check the email inbox at the address you used for your Kickstarter profile. You should see an email from "The Fwoosh" asking for you to respond to the survey.
You are now able to modify your pledge, select your ninja color combinations, reallocate your pledge funds, and add additional items to your order. Don't forget, the Kickstarter exclusive Smokey Grey Translucent Ninja is available for purchase via the Kit, as well as as the Fwoosh exclusive Blue Shinobi.
As a reminder, you will have until WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 25th to complete the survey, so please start playing around with the features within the Kit, and if you have any questions, let us know.
This is your last step prior to the start of manufacturing production, so please make sure you take the time to ensure your Backer Kit is set up to your liking. As of now, this is the only way to add additional items to your order, and only the Fwoosh-exclusive Blue Shinobi is available outside of your Kit.

The Articulated Icons Backer Kit is Coming November 6th -- That's Tomorrow!

The day is finally here! We have gotten everything in order and now all has been approved, so faithful Backers get ready - the Backer Kit is coming tomorrow!
On Friday, November 6th you will receive an email with a link that will send you to your own personal Backer Kit where you will be able to do everything from simply confirming your address, to changing your pledge level, to choosing your color combinations, to adding additional items and everything in between. The Kit is very specific and we made it as customizable as we possibly could.
We know there will be questions about the Kit itself, so we will be around to answer them, but we also hope to have our instructional video up on our YouTube Channel sometime this weekend. As soon as that is ready and live, we will post another update.
Right now, our projected lock-off date to close the Kit will be on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 25th. You will have until then to make changes as add-on additional items for purchase (but don't worry, you will still be able to change your shipping address if needed up until a couple of weeks prior to us shipping).
So get ready! Once you get the link, we recommend playing around with the features a bit before committing to finishing your Kit. If you think you have questions or need some clarity, wait until our video is ready to go before you finish your survey, we are hoping it will be helpful.
